Job Description:

The adoption and use of Cloud Services represents new opportunities and risks that must be

analysed and managed in the same way than other cybersecurity risks. Our Client would like to increase its capabilities to perform the cybersecurity risk analysis and to verify the compliance of these cloud based solutions, needed for guaranteeing the functional needs, with the defined cybersecurity policies.

 

You will be reponsible for the following tasks:

• Perform and document risk assessments for projects and services using SaaS, IaaS and PaaS Cloud services often in a hybrid context;
• Propose security solutions and security controls to mitigate the risks related to the adoption of Cloud services;
• Write Cybersecurity best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures related to the security aspects of Cloud services;
• Follow-up closely on cloud providers security advisories, and analyse the impact of the security threats for the cloud environments;
• Contribute to the definition of the monitoring of the security of Cloud services
• Produce the technical reports and documentation associated to the activities;
• Collaborate with the other experts in the domain for performing the analysis of both global technological trends and Cloud specific projects;
• Work with a high degree of autonomy while always remaining synchronised with other staff. 

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar

Experience: 5+ years of experience in network security engineering and administration

Fluent in both English/French, written and oral.

 

Experience

• In Cloud Services security:
• Definition and validation of security solutions based on cloud services (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
• services) used in an hybrid context;
• Risk analysis of those cloud solutions;
• Risk Assessments of new deployed systems on premises
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services or MS Azure
• Strong understanding of ISO/OSI and TCP/IP models, protocols such as HTTP, DNS and VPN
• Experience with advanced security monitoring and troubleshooting tools but also tools leveraging Threat Intelligence and the cloud
