Job Description:

• Synthesize business requirements using various requirements assessment techniques
• Break down and structure business requirements into User Stories that can be handed over to the development team
• Write detailed User Stories using the appropriate requirement modelling techniques including all positive and negative scenarios description
• Present User Stories to business stakeholders and to the development team to collect feedback and reach alignment
• Perform manual system integration tests and end-to-end system testing
• Update and maintain the functional requirements and data specifications of the system
• Participation in business, functional and technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the business/users.
• Interfacing between the business side and the project team.

Your Profil and Qualifications: 

• Computer Science or Engineering background is preferable
• 4+ years of experience (ideally but can be a bit more junior) writing detailed requirements specifications using different modelling techniques (Activity diagrams, State diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Class diagrams)
• Familiar with SQL queries and data specifications
• Can work in full autonomy while providing visibility on the tasks status to different stakeholders
• Experience in working in a Scrum Team with iterative and incremental deliveries to production. Agile mindset is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English. French is not mandatory)
• Banking and financial instruments knowledge is a plus
