Job Description:

you will work on tickets submitted by the business users to configure the PeopleSoft Financials and GL module, run processes, troubleshoot issues etc. You will act as a functional analyst documenting requirements and performing testing for enhancements, break-fixes, system updates and projects. 

• Business process analysis and definition.
• Provide expertise on integration of information systems into the business environment.
• Functional requirements and business case analysis.
• Meets timelines to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions
• Supports the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems 
• Supports the development of guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems
• Recommends and executes performance tuning and optimization activities.

Your Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience as Senior Business Analyst
• Very good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 
• Strong experience in business process design, ideally using lean design/management principles;
• Experience in performing analysis and identifying solutions
• Experience in creation of functional design documentation, configuration documents and test plans;
• Work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
• Work experience working in a large matrixed and multicultural organization
• Change management experience;
• Good communication skills;
