Job Description: 

 

Our customer has defined a Cybersecurity Awareness program with a yearly action plan in order to improve the cybersecurity culture within the organisation. This program aims at addressing the various threats related to the human factor (social engineering, security when traveling, secure usage of ICT resources, best practices for usage of communication and collaboration tools...). It also aims at targeting the various end-users; Accredited Assistants, staff, IT specialists, management and senior management.

 

The SECPOL Unit, aiming at reinforcing the team responsible for the execution of the awareness program, is looking for candidates able to perform the following tasks: 

 

• Draft notes and communications to various categories of end-users related to the secure usage of ICT systems; 
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of phishing simulations throughout the organisation;
• Elaborate reports and presentations of the awareness program activities;
• Update the Human factor risk assessment to identity future areas of focus of the program;
• Elaborate demos and visuals to raise cybersecurity awareness;
• Work with the Communication and Training Departments for building various
• communication and promotion materials;
• Prepare and lead cybersecurity awareness lectures, demos, webinars, workshops;
• Moderate online communities and collaborative spaces;
• Contribute in building capabilities to better measure the reach and effectiveness of the awareness program.

Technical area of expertise

Cybersecurity awareness:

•  Oversee the execution of the annual cybersecurity awareness plan.
• Ensure stakeholders coordination.
• Write publications and guidance for various categories of ICT systems users.

Occasional support for other tasks related to management of ICT security:

•   Production of documents.
• Risk assessment or recommendations in relation with the human factor of cybersecurity.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience in running cybersecurity awareness activities and defining strategic plans for cybersecurity awareness (e.g. delivery of training materials, writing articles on targeted cybersecurity related issues in a format readable by average end-users);

Knowledge and experience in preparing and running phishing simulations using commercial or open-source tools;

Knowledge and experience identifying and evaluating cybersecurity risks associated to the human factor.

Proven communication skills and ability to coordinate with pluri-disciplinary teams
