The mission: 

The IT Departement of this very important European Public Financial Institution carries out numerous projects

to constantly improve and optimize the processes.You will be in charge to convince the users to accept the

changes and deployments, of new architecture, functionalities and developments in PeopleSoft ERP.

Your Tasks:

• Plan, lead, maintain, conduct project meetings within P2P process improvement roadmap.
• Prepare, update, maintain reports, project statuses, raid logs, flag blockers to Programme Management
• Collect information and write project documentation (Project charters, business case, etc.)
• Identify, collect, analyze and maintain process performance metrics data
• Maintain project documentation filing, key decisions records, signoffs,
• Coordinate Implementation Groups, Working Groups, Project Stakeholders.
• Support creation of Purchasing performance data governance.

Requirements

• What do you need to succeed in this position?
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Proven experience in successful support to project management activities.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining performance metrics and data
• Proven experience in ERP and P2P process excellence.
• Fluency in English
